This position is located in Plymouth Meeting, PA
We are looking to fill a temporary position in our Plymouth Meeting, PA Help Desk call center. The position is entry level with no specific technical expertise required. Primary responsibilities will be to support iPhone and iPad device setups, and reset user passwords. Candidate will be required to follow detailed processes and track work in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Answer Help Desk calls and provide excellent customer service.
Set up, configure, and deploy Mobile Devices (iPhones and iPads).
Assist with transferring mobile devices between team members.
Reset user passwords.
Capture work activities in the Service-Now ticketing system.
Provide prompt follow-up to customer inquiries, and ensure attention to detail for all tasks completed.
Follow detailed processes and procedures, and escalate questions to a supervisor in a timely manner.
Exceptional customer service is a must.
Able to convey technical concepts and processes into plain English.
Strong written communication for updating Help Desk tickets and corresponding by e-mail with customers.
Candidates must have at least one year of customer service experience, and the ability to work independently. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is not required but preferred.
